House rules You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Checking in and out Check-in after 4:00 pm Checkout before 10:00 am Self check-in with keypad During your stay 2 guests maximum Pets allowed Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am No parties or events No commercial photography No smoking Additional rules PETS: Up to one pet - approval for more than one pet required prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet. Pet Rules: - Dispose of your pets waste, secure in a bag in the outside property trash can - Your pet cannot roam free outside, must be on a leash when outside - Your furry friend is not allowed in the bed or on other furniture, if you want to sleep with your pet please bring your own sheets and blankets and shoot the host a message. An excessive cleaning fee of $100+ will be requested if it is found that animal has been on sheets/blankets or any furniture. - Do not feed your dog out of the dishes/utensils provided in the Airbnb - Do not leave your dog alone for extended periods of time - We expect some barking, however, if barking is excessive we will be reaching out for you to come back to take care of the issue. There are other Airbnb's on the property and barking noise needs to be kept to a minimum. All communications need to stay on the Airbnb message platform. Please do not use my cell phone number. Check out is by 10 am sharp Please respect the WHITE sofas and expensive WHITE lace linens on the bed. If you have a spill or soil the fabrics, please leave for me to clean it off. Let me know what the substance is. If the damage will not come out, you will be responsible for replacement value. Quiet times are between 11pm and 7am. No loud noise, or excessive drinking or drugs allowed. Only park in designated parking. PARKING IS FOR ONE CAR. Park only in your designated parking area. You will get ticketed if your tires are on the street. Make room for other guest parking please. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY TOWELS TO THE BEACH or for outside use. PLEASE DO NOT BACK INTO NEIGHBORS MAILBOX OR USE HER DRIVE FOR TURNAROUNDS. No visitors; only registered guests up to 2 people on property at any time. Do not have other people not associated with the reservation show up to property for any reason. There is a clothes line by the outdoor shower . Please do not hang items visible to the road. Rinse feet at the water hose in front of the house before coming in from the beach or use outdoor shower. NO SMOKING. No interaction with neighbors please. This is a non-refundable booking. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be issued for any reason except where required by law. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment a reservation is made. This applies to cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, illness, injury, weather (including hurricanes and storms), beach or amenity closures, travel delays, government actions, utility interruptions, or early departure/late arrival/no-show. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect their stay. If a mandatory evacuation or other weather event occurs, our no-refund policy remains in effect to the extent permitted by law.
